As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate sender and recipient details
  • Declaring the true nature, value, and contents of shipments
  • Ensuring proper packaging and labeling
  • Obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals

Prohibited Items

You must not ship:

  • Hazardous materials without proper declaration and approval
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights
  • Perishable goods without appropriate arrangements
  • Any items prohibited by law or carrier regulations

Packaging Requirements

You must ensure that:

  • Goods are properly packed to withstand normal handling
  • Fragile items are appropriately marked and protected
  • Packaging complies with industry standards
  • Temperature-sensitive items are prepared according to our guidelines

Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, additional charges, or refusal of service.

  • We are not liable for consequential damages resulting from delays

Delivery Attempts

  • Deliveries require a signature or authorized release
  • Failed delivery attempts may result in return-to-sender or storage fees
  • Recipients must be available or provide alternative delivery instructions
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges

Title and Risk

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the recipient upon delivery
  • The title to the goods remains with the shipper until delivered
  • We act as a bailee for goods in transit

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to:

  • Consequential, indirect, or special damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Loss of perishable goods without proper temperature control arrangements
  • Inherent vice or nature of the goods
  • Acts of God, war, terrorism, or civil unrest

Insurance Options

  • Basic carrier liability is included in standard services
  • Additional cargo insurance is available at an extra cost
  • Customers are encouraged to purchase appropriate insurance for high-value shipments
  • Insurance claims must be filed within specified timeframes

Claims Procedure

To file a claim for loss or damage:

  • Notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date
  • Provide supporting documentation (invoices, photos, packing lists)
  • Allow inspection of damaged goods and packaging
  • Cooperate fully in the investigation process

Claims filed after the deadline may be denied.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Non-compliance may result in fines, penalties, or legal action for which we are not responsible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Your access to our systems will be revoked
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
  • Provisions intended to survive will continue
